Guntersville Feed and Seed rests in the middle of downtown Guntersville and is the source of most gardening needs in the area. The Garden shop draws the eye with its bright flowers and large ferns. People are always wandering the aisles and choosing the perfect plants for their yards. I wanted to capture both the architecture of the plants with people shopping in the garden. It rests between Spring Creek and Blount Avenue in Guntersville with the mountains of the Mountain Lakes area backing up the tops of the buildings. The vertical sign and utility poles contrast against the horizontal lines of the garden and lift the eyes to the clouded sky to create the beautiful expanse of space the feed store occupies.
