Summertime and the flowers are blooming by the side of the road. These gorgeous blooms are in my neighborhood and nod under the bright sky in the early summer. The underpainting is in a clay red to show off the stems and leaves that support these large Queen Ann's blossoms. I love these flowers in summer flower arrangements. They grow wild on the side of the road and are free for our appreciation.
