I enjoyed a lovely afternoon at 1818 Farms in July. They raise Baby Doll sheep, chickens and beautiful flowers they sell in Huntsville, Alabama. This small family farm has also developed a line of health and beauty products. Check them out on Amazon.
The late afternoon light created islands of shadow and dark that lead the eye to the farm chicken house. Beautiful rows of colorful blooms entertained the eye. As the farm cats wrapped around my ankles, I photographed the garden and enjoyed nature. It filled my afternoon with peace. Look for more works in the coming months!
